Amohia.
One system.

You asked what the plan is. This is it.

Kia ora Korey,

You have built six things, and you have built them while running them. That is the hard part and it is already done.

What follows is not a list of everything wrong with your websites. It is one decision I think you should make, then the order I would do the work in, and how the system runs once it is yours. I have kept it to what I can actually back up.

01

What I found

Nothing you own is connected to anything else you own

I went through all nine of your web properties and measured them rather than guessing. The individual problems are real but they are not the interesting part. This is the interesting part.

4 sites
SilverStripe, Mint HQ
Peak Nation
GoDaddy builder
AU & UK
Wix
Wākāinga
Google Cloud, not responding
Students
Cloud Assess
Courses
Thinkific
Bookings
Calendly
Payments
DebitSuccess
Kiwa
Airbnb, 95% of bookings

Nine systems, three website suppliers, and not one of them talks to another. Every time you want something new it either does not fit, or it fits by you holding it together yourself. That is why everything feels slow, and it is why the AutoSEO people ended up telling you to go and ask someone else.

The numbers, measured on a phone

Whai5413.8s03.3 MB
Amohia5712.1s0.0135.8 MB
Peak Nation813.8s01.3 MB

Google PageSpeed Insights, mobile, 14 August 2026. Google treats 2.5 seconds as good and anything over 0.1 on shift as a fail. Shift is how much the page jumps around while it loads.

Two things you should know today

Kiwa takes 40.6 seconds to appear on a phone. That is the page anyone who does not come through Airbnb has to wait on. Almost nobody waits.

Peak Nation shows a security warning before it loads. The certificate on it was issued for a GoDaddy address rather than for peaknation.co.nz, so Chrome, Safari and Firefox all put a full page "your connection is not private" warning in front of it. The site itself is fine and it is the fastest one you own. Every referral you get by word of mouth is currently hitting that warning first. It is a short fix and I will do it as the first thing I touch.

02

The decision

You are not six businesses

"I'm toiling with the possibility of creating a Group under our parent brand Amohia and make it Amohia Group by Te Whānau Gibson."

You raised this three separate times in what you sent me, under Whai, under Peak Nation and again under Kiwa. It is the only thing you actually asked me to decide, so I will give you a straight answer rather than a set of options.

Yes to the group, but as a parent that endorses, not a brand that absorbs.

Amohia carries the story, the whakapapa and the values. It is who is behind all of it, and it is where Rapua te Hikurangi already lives. Underneath it, the businesses keep their own names and their own front doors, because their buyers have nothing in common. Somebody booking a cabin at Mangāmāunu does not care about personal training qualifications, and putting them under one brand would cost you both.

Then there is the part that actually reduces your load.

Whai and Peak Nation should be one thing

They are both you. Same story, same values, overlapping people. A young athlete and his parents, a corporate team, a school looking at Tū Toa, they are all buying Korey Gibson developing people. You ranked these one and two, and I think that is because they are the same business wearing two coats.

Merging them removes a website, doubles the weight of the story, and means when somebody meets you through one you do not have to introduce yourself again through the other.

Your YouTube handle is already @koreygibsonamohia. You have half done this in your own head.

Kiwa stays exactly as it is, with a line in the footer saying it is part of Amohia and nothing more. Wākāinga I would leave alone entirely for now, because you own a third of it and that is a conversation with your partners, not with me.

So: one story, the businesses underneath it, and your whānau taonga held separately. Fewer things to hold, no brand equity thrown away.

03

How it works

What "one system" actually means

I said I would show you this rather than talk about it, so here it is plainly.

Everything sits on infrastructure I own and run. Your sites are built by me, so a change is a change, not a support ticket and not you logging into a CMS. Every form, enquiry, booking and enrolment lands in one place instead of nine. And the AI layer sits on top of that foundation rather than bolted to the side of it, which is the part that only works once everything is in one place.

That last point is the whole reason AutoSEO could not help you. It is not that the tool was bad. It could not reach four of your sites, because they were never built to be reached.

What happens in practice

You email me a change
Done that day. You never open a CMS.
Someone enquires
Lands in one place, tagged to the right business, answered straight away
A student submits work
Pre-marked against your rubric. Your tutor approves or overrides in seconds
An invoice goes unpaid
Chased on a schedule you set, in your words, without you thinking about it
Content and social
Drafted from your own material, scheduled, posted. You approve, you do not write
A DM comes in
Answered from what you have already said, not invented
Something breaks
I already know. You hear about it from me, not from a customer

That last one is not theoretical. I found the Peak Nation certificate problem before you knew it existed, and I do not even work for you yet.

On the AI, honestly

AI is not a product I am selling you. It is what becomes possible once your things are in one place. Every one of those rows above is ordinary work that a person currently does by hand, or does not do at all. Nothing above requires you to trust a machine with a decision that matters. Where judgement is needed, a human still makes the call and the system does the setup.

04

Your words

What comes off your plate

You told me what you would hand over entirely if you could. Taking them in your order.

What you saidWhat happens
Calling leads for WhaiEnquiries get qualified and warmed automatically before they reach you, so you only speak to people worth speaking to. Right now Calendly gets close to zero bookings a year, which is not a Calendly problem. Nothing sends anyone to it.
Checking student progress in ThinkificProgress is watched for you. You get told who has stalled and who needs a nudge, and the nudge goes out on its own.
Chasing bad debtorsAutomated sequence on your schedule and in your tone, escalating only when it needs you. This is the one with money attached and it is straightforward.
Wākāinga running itselfGenuinely interesting and genuinely the biggest of the four. You own a third of it, so this is a conversation before it is a plan. I want to hear what you are thinking.
05

Rapua te Hikurangi

The one I want to be straight with you about

"I actually haven't posted it as I feel it needs better security and Mint HQ, Silverstripe, were too casual about it all."

You asked for four things: whānau only access, no downloading, no screenshots on phones or computers, and a three minute timeout.

Three of those I can do properly. The screenshots I cannot, and neither can anybody else.

There is no way on a website to stop somebody photographing or screenshotting what is on their own screen. No browser allows it. Phones do not allow it. Anyone who tells you they can block screenshots on a website is either mistaken or selling you something. I would rather tell you that now than take the work and quietly not deliver it.

What I would do instead, and why it is stronger

  • Every page carries the name of whoever is looking at it, and the date and time, written across the page itself. If an image of your whakapapa ever turns up somewhere it should not, it says who took it. That is a far better deterrent than a block, because it survives the screenshot.
  • Named access only. You and Tessa approve each person. Any one of them can be removed instantly.
  • Nothing is downloadable. No files, no save, no print, no right click, no copying text.
  • Three minute timeout, exactly as you asked.
  • A record of every view. Who opened what, when.

A lock says do not take this. A watermark says everyone will know it was you. For something that belongs only to your whānau, the second one is what actually holds.

This is not a website project and I will not treat it as one. It is taonga. Whatever we do here starts with where the whakapapa lives and who can reach it, and it stays that way.

06

Fit Futures Academy

Its own track, kept separate

As you asked, Fit Futures runs on its own and does not touch the group side of this.

You told me two full time tutors are spent on marking, and that roughly eighty percent of the questions have a clear right and wrong answer. Your students are on Cloud Assess, and Cloud Assess already has AI marking built into the platform.

So the first thing I do is look, not build

You have offered me viewer access. Before I quote you anything I want to go in and see what your current plan already includes. If the marking assistant is sitting there switched off, I will tell you that, and the job becomes configuring it and writing your marking rules properly rather than building something new. That is a much smaller piece of work and I would rather you heard it from me than found out later.

If it is not on your plan, the platform has a proper connection point and we build onto it from outside. Either way it is your existing system doing the work, not a replacement for it.

The other three you asked for, bad debtors, social content and scheduling, and DM responses, are all straightforward and all sit on top of the same foundation.

Built to hand over from day one

Nothing goes under your personal name or your private logins. Fresh accounts owned by the business itself, documented, so that whatever happens with it in future the whole thing moves in one clean piece rather than being unpicked login by login. That decision costs nothing if it is made at the start and is expensive if it is made at the end.

Marking here is human approved. The system prepares the decision, a tutor makes it. That is the right design for a REPs recognised qualification and it is also the right design for anybody who has to stand behind the result.

07

Sequence

The order I would do it in

Not all at once. That is how these things stall. Each stage is useful on its own, and you can stop after any of them.

1

Fix the Peak Nation certificate

Your second most important brand currently greets people with a security warning. This is a short job and it happens before anything else, including before we have agreed anything else.

First thing
2

Look inside Cloud Assess

Find out what you are already paying for before anyone quotes you to build it.

Same week
3

Move the hosting across

The three sites currently with Mint come to me. Nothing changes for your visitors and nothing goes down. From that point on, a change is an email to me rather than a job for you.

Roughly a week
4

Rapua te Hikurangi

Small piece of work, and the one that has been sitting waiting on somebody you could trust with it. I would rather do this early than leave it another year.

Roughly two weeks
5

Whai and Peak Nation, as one

Your top two. Your story told properly, with separate paths for corporates, for schools, for individuals and for athletes and their families. This is the biggest build in the group side.

Several weeks
6

Fit Futures automation

Runs on its own track and can start earlier if the timing calls for it. Tell me the timeframe and I will move it.

On your timing, not mine
7

Kiwa taking its own bookings

Ninety five percent of your bookings come through Airbnb. That is fine for filling cabins and useless for everything else, because Airbnb cannot sell a wedding, a hunting trip or an ocean expedition, and it never gives you the guest. This is the one I would push you to move up the list.

Several weeks
8

Wākāinga

A conversation first. I am not going to scope something you own a third of before I have heard what you and your partners want from it.

When you are ready
08

How it is charged

No numbers here. That is a conversation, not a document.

But so you know the shape of it before we speak.

I will take you through the actual numbers on the call, against this plan, so they mean something rather than sitting in a document without context.

09

From you

What I need to get moving
